Dr. Moore is the Director of the Undergraduate Health Sciences programs in Exercise Science and Health and Human Performance. She is a licensed, board-certified Athletic Trainer, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, and NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist. In 2026, she was inducted as a Distinguished Fellow of the National Academies of Practice. Prior to joining 草榴社区 in 2023, Dr. Moore served as a tenured Associate Professor and founding Program Director of the professional Master of Science in Athletic Training at California State University, Fresno, where she was a recipient of the 2017 Provost Award for Promising New Faculty. She has published more than 20 journal articles and book chapters and has contributed to nearly 70 peer-reviewed research and invited educational presentations. Dr. Moore鈥檚 research and clinical interests include prevention and treatment of shoulder injury, statistics and research design, interprofessional education, and methods of evidence-based practice.
