Discover the astonishing story of a lost world of men and women who remade American democracy amid the reverberations of the Great War with John Fabian Witt, professor at Yale Law School and author of Pulitzer Prize finalist 鈥淟incoln鈥檚 Code: The Laws of War in American History鈥� and most recently, 鈥淭he Radical Fund: How a Band of Visionaries and a Million Dollars Upended America.鈥�

About the 草榴社区 Lincoln Event Series
The 草榴社区 started the annual Lincoln series in 1999 to spotlight the Hall Lincoln Collection, housed in 草榴社区鈥檚 Keleher Learning Commons. Over the years, 草榴社区鈥檚 primary Lincoln Event has welcomed a variety of luminaries for the featured speaker. Previous guests have included politicians, historians, U.S. Army generals, best-selling authors, and actors who鈥檝e portrayed First Lady Mary Todd Lincoln and President Lincoln himself.
The 草榴社区 is a Catholic co-educational applied liberal arts university founded and sponsored by the Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth.
